Next Green Charging box mounting Polebox

Next Green Polebox190 is a pole or post mount for EV charging stations, designed for installation on a 60 mm steel pipe or post. The Polebox simplifies the transition from the engine heating location to the charging site and can therefore replace an engine heating cover. The product is intended to route electrical cables within the pipe or post.

The Polebox features a built-in distribution terminal for up to 2 x 5G25 mm² power cables, allowing for an extended connection to the next charging point. From the distribution terminal in the Polebox, the respective charging station is connected with a 5G2.5 mm² rubber cable.

The Polebox includes a DIN rail for mounting RCCB/RCBO and can be equipped with an additional DIN rail for devices such as a Wi-Fi router or a 3G/4G modem or power supply. Everything fits neatly inside the box. The Polebox is made from Swedish steel and is powder-coated to ensure the highest quality.

The Polebox is compatible with many different charging models. The mounting screws for each charging station are drilled during installation. The installation is very simple; the EV chargers are prepared indoors, and the wiring from the distribution terminal is installed. The Polebox is then positioned outside on the existing steel pipe, and the charging station is lifted and secured, providing easy access to connect the supply lines to the distribution terminal.

Suitable for EV charging stations with a maximum hole pattern width of 190 mm and a height of 430 mm.
