The NERIOX machine reamer 0.98 is a high-precision reaming drill made from high-quality HSS-E (high-performance high-speed steel). With a diameter of 0.98 mm and a length of 38 mm, this drill is ideal for reaming through holes. The special design features a medium-length cutting edge and a cylindrical shank with tolerance h8, ensuring a precise fit and optimal performance. The innovative left-hand spiral combined with the right-hand cut allows for effective lubrication and cooling by directing the lubricant directly to the cutting edges. This results in excellent surface quality of the machined holes. The machine reamer is universally applicable in all ISO material groups, but is only suitable for materials with a maximum tensile strength of 1,000 N/mm².
