Product details

A set of specialist NEO drills (ref. 08-955) was created in cooperation with Factory 'Wiertła Baildon' S.A. in Katowice. The drills are made of high-carbon high-speed steel SK8m with a high content of molybdenum, nickel, and cobalt. They are dedicated for reaming seized screws, as well as for many applications when machining very demanding materials (HB up to 500), with a diameter range of 3.2, 4.2, 5.0, 6.8, and 8.5 mm, suitable for M4 to M10 threads. Thanks to the use of diameters dedicated to the thread sizes, it is possible to re-thread the reamed hole. Made with a sharpening of 135 degrees, with the correction of the blade type 'B', which is insensitivity to impacts, one-sided load, and lateral forces. The drills have a cylindrical type of drill chuck. They have been repeatedly tested in NEO Garage to meet the expectations of professionals and enthusiasts of the automotive industry.
