This alarm device is activated by entering a four-digit PIN code on the keypad located on the front of the unit. The system has three operating modes. The alarm mode is available in two settings.

1. Normally, the alarm device is in "Away" mode, which means that an entry and exit delay is activated.
2. It is also possible to switch the alarm device to "Home" mode. In this mode, it activates a 15-second exit delay and a 0-second entry delay.
3. In "Sound" mode, an alarm sound is triggered immediately when the alarm is activated.

Additionally, activating the panic mode triggers a loud alarm immediately to attract attention. "Panic" can be activated while the alarm device is in "Sound," "Away," "Home" mode, or even when it is turned off.

The alarm device is powered by 3 LR03 (AAA) alkaline batteries and features an optional AC/DC adapter connection for a 2.5mm mono jack plug (4.5 V DC) to ensure that the power supply is never interrupted.
