The MSW-ETTDBZ-01 timing chain tool from MSW is the ideal automotive tool for repairing various Mercedes models with M271 engines. The set can be used to set the timing during repair work or when changing the timing chain. The locking tool can be used to fix the camshaft, hold the timing chain, or tension the chain.

The special tool is suitable for these Mercedes models:

  • C-Class: C 180 K (W204)/CGI; C 200 K/CGI; C 230 K (W203); C 250 CGI (W204)
  • E-Class: E 200 K (W211)/CGI; E 250 CGI (W212, C207)
  • Other models: C 160 K sports coupé; CLK 200 K (W209); SLK 200 K (R171); CLC 180 K; CLC 200 K
