No problem with the MSW-PCS-50 powder coating gun, all you need to do is connect an additional air compressor and off you go. Simply screw one of the 400 ml powder coating containers onto the powder coating gun and clamp the 1.95 m long earthing cable to the workpiece. The powder particles are electrostatically charged in the control box and adhere to the object, which is sprayed with an adjustable operating pressure of 15 to 50 psi. When the powder coating is finished, the coated product is baked at a temperature of 120 to 220 °C. This makes the treated objects significantly more robust. This makes the treated objects significantly more robust than liquid paint. Since, unlike paint, no solvent is used, powder coating is very environmentally friendly and leaves no colour drips.
