The pneumatic filling machine for portions of 5 to 50 ml is suitable for producing creams, medical pastes, or other liquid cosmetic products. With this filling machine, you can fill your product in portions into bottles or containers. Oils, honey, or vinegar can also be packaged using the pneumatic filler.
The filling machine features a 10.6 l funnel-shaped container where you can pour your finished product for packaging. The pneumatically operated filling mechanism, controlled by a foot pedal, is adjustable for portions from 5 to 50 ml and fills creamy cosmetics with an accuracy of 1% just as reliably as liquid foods, such as oils or vinegar.
The funnel and filling elements of the funnel filling machine are made of stainless steel, while the frame is constructed from smooth carbon steel. Depending on the consistency and filling quantity, 8 to 43 portions can be filled. According to the bottle size, an opening with a diameter of 4 or 8 mm can be selected for the filling nozzle. The filling quantity is conveniently set using a rotary knob.
