In these mortise locks, a door handle, panic door fittings, or a push bar is mounted on the inside of the door. A door handle is also attached to the outside of the door. In the unlocked state, the door can be opened from both sides. In the locked state, the door cannot be opened from the outside, but can always be opened from the inside (panic function opens inward). The long bolt is retracted, and the flip bolt is released simultaneously. The lock automatically engages when the door closes (automatic locking). The spindle (after-run) is split with panic function B. This panic function is suitable for doors that need to be opened from the outside at certain times (day operation). Day operation can be activated via the cylinder by turning the key in the direction of opening until it stops – the door handle is then locked on the outside of the door.

Suitable for double-leaf full panic doors, security doors, escape routes, and fire protection doors in industrial areas and public buildings, also in combination with electronic fittings such as a push bar. Suitable for free-running cylinders. The accessory spacer set B-14421 is required for the U-shaped version. In combination with the inactive leaf locking system 24413 or 24473. The leaf locking system must be ordered separately. The distance 45/50/65 is available only on request. Use the special profile half spindle MSL 5968. Round rosettes (screwed crosswise) are only available from a distance of 45 mm.
