Morakniv KANSBOL Survival-Kit

The Morakniv model KANSBOL, named after a village in the Mora area, is a reliable outdoor knife that surprises with its low weight. The knife has a blade made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel and features the typical Scandinavian grind, which allows for easy sharpening. The blade thickness has been tapered at the front to allow for finer carving work. As with other Morakniv models, the back of the blade is deliberately angular so that it can be used as a rubbing surface for a fire starter. The olive green handle made of non-slip TPE plastic ensures a secure grip when working. In the survival kit version offered here, the knife comes with a plastic sheath and a removable holder with a fire starter and diamond sharpener.
