The Morakniv model Kansbol, named after a locality near Mora, is a reliable outdoor knife that surprises with its lightweight design. The knife features a blade made of stainless Sandvik steel 12C27 and is equipped with the typical Scandinavian grind, allowing for easy sharpening. The blade thickness has been tapered in the front area to enable finer carving tasks. As with other Morakniv models, the spine of the blade is intentionally kept angular to serve as a friction surface for a fire starter. The handle in Burnt Orange is made of non-slip TPE plastic, providing a secure grip during use. A Burnt Orange plastic sheath with a belt loop ensures safe transport.
