Molto Power paint stripper

For removing old coatings such as synthetic resin paints, clear coats, stains, matt finishes, polishes, dispersion paints, acrylic paints, latex paints, and acrylic colors on all solvent-resistant surfaces like wood, metal, and mineral substrates. Also suitable for removing non-mineral filler layers, adhesive, and PU foam residues. Before use, check the solvent resistance of painted plastics. For stripping old oil-based paints on wood, the recommendation is Molto Moltostrip Stripper.

Stripping Test: Before applying the stripper to the entire workpiece, test it on an inconspicuous area to see how quickly the stripper achieves the desired result and how it interacts with the substrate. Depending on the type, thickness, and age of the paint being stripped, the exposure time can vary significantly (usually about 4 hours is sufficient). Avoid allowing the applied stripper layer to dry out, as strippers only work in a moist state. In strong sunlight or warm rooms, cover the object to be stripped with plastic to prevent premature drying.

Application: Stir Molto Power Stripper well. Apply the stripper with a brush in a uniform, continuous layer of at least 1 mm thickness. Press well into joints and recesses, avoiding gaps or air bubbles. After the appropriate exposure time, use a spatula to lift off the entire layer along with the detached paint layers and remove completely. For extremely thick layers, the process may need to be repeated.
