MOB Mechanic's ball peen hammer with ash handle

Originally used by mechanics seeking both performance and precision. Head made of high-alloy C45E steel. Forged head with inductive heat treatment of the working surfaces (54 HRC). Working surfaces finely polished. Epoxy powder coating applied through an electrostatic process, followed by oven hardening. Bevel of 1/20 of the head at 45°. Red ring that identifies the Mob hammers with wooden handle. Registered model. Ash wood handle: high flexibility, which particularly contributes to impact force and vibration damping. PEFC certified (from sustainably managed forests). The connection is made using a hydraulic machine, where a force sensor measures the connection strength for each product individually, followed by a pressure sensor that controls the curing of the resin. The tear resistance is significantly above standards and is a hallmark of MOB tools. Tools manufactured by MOB comply with French and international standards.
