Minelab Vanquish 360 — Multi-IQ, fully waterproof, easy to start
The Vanquish 360 is Minelab's latest entry into the new Vanquish generation, and it gets many things right that often fall short in entry-level detectors: true multi-frequency technology, complete waterproofing, and a weight that doesn't become painful even after four hours in the field.
Multi-IQ: Multi-frequency without compromise
At the heart of the Vanquish 360 is Minelab's proven Multi-IQ® technology. It sends and receives multiple frequencies simultaneously—not sequentially, but truly in parallel. This has a significant practical advantage: the detector responds to different types of metals and ground conditions much more stably than a traditional single-frequency detector.
Anyone who has ever worked with an older device on mineral-rich soil or wet beach sand knows the problem: the device becomes noisy, false signals accumulate, and in the end, you dig up junk instead of silver. Multi-IQ reduces exactly that. The ground is automatically compensated—without manual adjustment, without waiting time. Just turn it on and start swinging.
Three search modes — ready to use immediately
The Vanquish 360 offers three preset search modes optimized for the most common terrain types:
Park — the all-round mode for meadows, fields, parks, and farmland. Good for coins, jewelry, and historical small finds.
Beach — specifically tuned for saltwater, wet sand, and shallow water. Here, Multi-IQ shows its greatest advantage over single-frequency devices, as saltwater significantly affects signals.
All Metal — no signal is suppressed. Useful when first exploring an unknown area or when no find should be overlooked.
All three modes can be accessed directly with the push of a button, without needing to navigate a menu. This is appreciated by beginners who don't want to read a manual first—but also by experienced treasure hunters who want to react quickly in the field.
