The surface-mounted housing from Metz Connect offers a reliable solution for the secure accommodation of electrical modules. With an IP44 protection rating, it is protected against splashes from all directions and the ingress of solid objects larger than 1 mm. The housing is made of UV-resistant and impact-resistant thermoplastic, ensuring high durability. It features a hinged lid that closes completely even with plugged-in patch cables and can be secured in the open position. Additionally, the housing is equipped with a keyed lock that comes with two keys. Its modular design allows for the installation of two individual modules of your choice, such as RJ45 or fiber optic, which are available as accessories. A clearly visible labeling field facilitates the identification of connected components. The cable entry can be rotated 90 degrees, allowing for flexible installation.
