The OpDAT VGAD UP0 splice 2xLC is a compact fiber optic connection box designed for installation in flush-mounted, hollow wall, and skirting channel boxes. With a minimum depth of 45 mm, it offers a flexible solution for various installation requirements. The box comes pre-assembled with a single-mode internal cable and is equipped with 1xLC-D couplings, allowing the connection of up to two fiber optic patch cables. The cables are securely fastened with cable ties and stress-relieved with aramid, ensuring high stability. Additionally, the second side of the cable is open, facilitating the insertion, pulling, or blowing into empty conduits. This connection box is suitable for both splicing and the installation of field-terminable fiber optic connectors, making it a versatile solution for modern network installations.
