The Metabo SXE 150-2.5 BL Set random orbit sander is an extremely lightweight and flat sander with a symmetrical design that allows for easy hand changes or two-handed operation. With an oscillation circuit of 2.5 mm, it offers the highest surface quality with good material removal performance. The non-slip paddle switch features a dead man's function that ensures safe starting and optionally allows for speed control. The Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) full-wave electronics provide material-appropriate speeds that remain constant under load. Thanks to the electronic pre-setting of the desired speed range, you can optimally adjust the sander to your requirements. The soft start minimizes surface defects when making contact. The unique brushless motor of the random orbit sander guarantees maximum efficiency during sanding, even in continuous operation. Low vibrations ensure comfortable working over extended periods. Additionally, the motor is protected from overheating by an overload protection, and a separate main switch prevents unintentional starting. The motor and pad brake also allow for quick setting down of the machine. The random orbit sander features a dust extraction option through the connection of a vacuum cleaner. The sanding pad with multi-hole design ensures effective dust extraction and a longer lifespan for the sanding material. For working with 125 mm sanding sheets, the "multi-hole" Ø 125 mm sanding pad can be used. Service friendliness is ensured by the replaceable cable.
