Fast, clean removal of weld beads in a single work step with the newly developed metal face milling machine. Small metal chips are produced during face milling, eliminating hazardous metal dust. The one-touch controller features a patented, tool-free milling depth adjustment in 0.1 mm increments. It is ready for use in seconds thanks to a tool-free fixable, magnetic guide rail that is 50 cm long and extendable. The machine allows for easy and convenient change of inserts on the milling head. It has a slim handle area and a large, tool-free adjustable bow handle for safe and even guiding. The Vario-Tacho-Constamatic (VTC) full-shaft electronics with an adjusting wheel enable work at material-specific speeds that remain constant under load. It also includes an electronic soft start and restart protection.
