High-power cordless beveling tool for metal with a brushless motor for easy and quick preparation for subsequent coating.

It creates 45-degree chamfers up to 4 mm and radii of 2 and 3 mm on interior and exterior edges, as well as rounding off the edges of drill holes. The tool features a thrust ring for efficient deburring of sheets 0.7 mm and larger, generating small metal chips during trim routing (no metal dust that is a health hazard). Surfaces are free from oxide and burrs, providing ideal preparation for the application of powder or paint coatings for maximum protection from corrosion.

The one-touch controller allows for patented, tool-free setting of cutting depth in 0.1 mm steps, with stop points for short setting times and protection against unintentional adjustment during work. A slim milling head and ball bearing stationary seal ring make it suitable for working in pipes and on curves, while a guide stop ensures a uniform finish and high-quality surface when processing straight sheets.

Variable speed setting with a thumbwheel allows for customization when working on materials that require specific speeds, ensuring speeds remain constant under load. The fast brake increases safety with quick stopping of the tool. The battery pack can be rotated in 90-degree steps for optimal ergonomics in any working position. Additional features include electronic overload protection, soft start, and restart protection.

This product can be combined with all 18V battery packs and chargers of the CAS brands.
