The one-button controller features a patented, tool-free milling depth adjustment in 0.1 mm increments, with detents for quick setting times to prevent unintentional adjustment of the milling depth during operation. The slim milling head contains standard carbide inserts and a ball-bearing pressure ring for work on pipes and in curves. A guide stop ensures a uniform work result and high surface quality when working on flat sheets. The Metabo Marathon motor has a patented dust protection for a long service life. Vario-Constamatic (VC) full-wave electronics with a setting wheel allows for material-appropriate speeds that remain nearly constant under load. The electronic safety shutdown of the motor is activated in case of blockage of the insert element to ensure safe operation, along with electronic overload protection, soft start, and restart protection. The slim design ensures optimal handling.
