With the leveling system's tension caps, laying tiles has never been easier and more straightforward. The special MB LEVELING tension caps, in conjunction with the threaded spacers of the leveling system, ensure that all tiles are on the same level. The simple application of the leveling system's tension caps is suitable for both professional and hobby tile setters. Apply adhesive as usual to the area to be tiled and lay the first tile. First, the leveling system's threaded spacers are placed under the first tile, and the subsequent tile is fixed in the joint by placing the threaded spacers. In the next step, the tension caps are used - they are initially screwed loosely onto the threaded spacers and then adjusted to the correct level. This eliminates the annoying lippage. Finally, once the adhesive bed has fully cured, the reusable leveling system tension caps are unscrewed, and the threaded spacers are broken off at the predetermined breaking point. The lower part of the threaded spacers remains in the cured adhesive bed. This allows tiles and slabs to be laid without lippage and on a perfectly level surface. The leveling system is suitable for laying tiles, natural stone, artificial stone, etc.
