The Mastervolt ChargeMaster Plus 24/80-2 battery charger is a multifunctional device designed for reliable and efficient charging in demanding environments. With two outputs, a DC-DC converter, and current limiting, it supports the simultaneous charging of various battery types, including lithium-ion, gel, AGM, and standard lead-acid batteries with capacities ranging from 280 to 700 Ah. The charger operates within a global voltage range of 80 to 275 V AC and 35 to 70 Hz, making it suitable for marine, mobile, and harsh conditions. It delivers a maximum output of 80 A at 28.8 V for the primary output and an adjustable range of 5 to 20 A for the secondary output, maintaining robust performance at high temperatures up to 60 °C. Key features include a 3-stage Plus charging process for safe and fast charging, a revival mode for deeply discharged batteries, multi-voltage capability for charging a 12 V starter battery in a 24 V system, and priority charge for allocating power to the most discharged battery.
