Mannus Roadblock with counterweight, steel

Barrier with counterweight made of steel, featuring a gas spring and a fixed support point, with a barrier beam length of 4 m. Equipped with a gas spring for easy manual operation. It includes a counterweight support or gas spring (double lift) for effortless handling. Automatic end position locking when closing and opening when using a lock box. Optimal adjustment to ground conditions through height adjustment.

The barrier beam is made from a single piece of oval aluminum tube, measuring 102 x 82 mm. It includes an anti-sit protection. Powder-coated in pure white RAL 9010. Reflective tape on both sides. For lengths over 5.5 m, the barriers are equipped with cable reinforcement.

The main post is designed for dowel mounting. All steel parts are hot-dip galvanized or made of stainless steel, powder-coated in traffic red RAL 3020. Foundation work must be completed on-site. Safety features include an optional lock box with a profile cylinder lock and three keys, as well as a support post for a padlock provided by the customer.

Barriers can be set in concrete and are available in custom lengths and colors upon request.
