Mannus Roadblock with counterweight, steel

Road barrier with counterweight, made of steel, equipped with a gas spring and a fixed support point, with a barrier arm length of 6 m. The gas spring allows for easy manual operation. It includes a counterweight support or a gas spring (double lift) for effortless handling. The barrier features an automatic end position locking mechanism when closing and opening, when a lock box is used. It can be optimally adjusted to ground conditions through height adjustment.

The barrier arm is made of a single-piece oval aluminum tube, measuring 102 x 82 mm, and provides protection against sitting. It is powder-coated in pure white RAL 9010 and has reflective foil on both sides. For lengths of 5.5 m and more, the barriers are equipped with cable reinforcement. The main post is designed for dowel mounting. All steel parts are hot-dip galvanized or made of stainless steel, and the barrier is powder-coated in traffic red RAL 3020.

Foundation work must be completed on-site. The barrier also offers security with an optional lock box and includes a profile cylinder lock with three keys. The support post is equipped with a device for a customer-provided padlock. Barriers can be concreted in and are available in special lengths and colors upon request.
