Mannus Roadblock with counterweight, steel

Traffic barrier with counterweight, made of steel, featuring a counterweight and a fixed support point, with a barrier length of 7 m. It includes a counterweight support for easy manual operation and can also be equipped with a gas spring (double lift) for added operational comfort. The barrier has an automatic end position locking mechanism for both closing and opening when a lock box is used. It allows for optimal adjustment to ground conditions through height adjustment.

The barrier arm is made of a single-piece oval aluminum tube, measuring 102 x 82 mm, and includes a seat protection. It is powder-coated in pure white RAL 9010 and has reflective tape on both sides. For lengths of 5.5 m and more, the barriers are equipped with cable reinforcements. The main post is designed for the dowel method, and all steel parts are either hot-dip galvanized or made of stainless steel. The powder coating is in traffic red RAL 3020.

Foundation work must be completed on-site. Safety features include an optional lock box with a profile cylinder lock and three included keys, as well as a support post with a device provided by the customer for a padlock. Barriers can be embedded in concrete and are available in custom lengths and colors upon request.
