Mannus Roadblock with counterweight, steel

Road barrier with counterweight, made of steel, featuring a counterweight and a spring-loaded pendulum support, with a barrier beam length of 5 m. It includes a counterweight support for easy manual operation and can also utilize a gas spring (double stroke) for convenience. The barrier has an automatic end position locking mechanism both when closing and opening, when a lock box is used. It allows for optimal adjustment to ground conditions through height adjustment.

The barrier beam is made of a single piece oval aluminum tube, measuring 102 x 82 mm, and includes a seat protection. It is powder-coated in pure white RAL 9010 and features reflective tape on both sides. For lengths of 5.5 m and more, the barriers are equipped with cable reinforcements. The main post is designed for embedding in concrete, and all steel parts are hot-dip galvanized or made of stainless steel, powder-coated in traffic red RAL 3020. Foundation work must be completed on-site.

The aluminum pendulum support is spring-loaded and silver anodized, secured with an optional lock box. The barrier includes a profile cylinder lock with three keys. Barriers can be embedded in concrete and are available in custom lengths and colors upon request.
