Maico Radial fan

Centrifugal fan made of plastic. This high-pressure fan is designed for industrial applications and is suitable for conveying corrosive and acidic media. It is designed for simple and direct installation on a pipework system, featuring a low noise level and high efficiency. The motor is located outside the airflow, and an epoxy-coated sheet steel motor base for mounting the fan is included in the delivery. The housing is made of plastic with a standard orientation of LG 270°. It operates within temperature ranges from -15 °C to +70 °C. The centrifugal impellers have backward curved blades made of polypropylene.

This fan is equipped with a three-phase asynchronous motor with a protection class of IP55. The operating mode is S1 (continuous operation). Speed is controllable with a frequency converter, with a permissible frequency range of 20-50 Hz for speed control. The temperature in the fan motor is monitored by PTC thermistors, which must be connected to a tripping system that disconnects the fan from the mains if the temperature is too high.

Electrical connection is made in the terminal box on the motor. The flow rate is 1050 m³/h, speed is 1440 rpm, and the impeller type is radial. The fan is not reversible and operates on three-phase current with a rated voltage of 400 V and mains frequency of 50 Hz. The rated power is 120 W with a current of 0.45 A. The protection rating is IP 55, and the thermal class is F.

The fan is designed for pipe connection with a horizontal installation position. The housing material is plastic (polyethylene), and the impeller is also made of plastic (polyethylene). The color is light grey. The weight is 24 kg, and the weight with packaging is 47 kg. Dimensions are 250 mm in size, 435 mm in width, 500 mm in height, and 452 mm in depth.
