The X-ray metal saw blade HSS-Co8 Bi is a high-performance bandsaw blade specifically designed for metal processing. It features a bimetal design that combines high-alloy spring band steel with teeth tips made of alloyed high-speed steel (HSS) M42. This construction provides high flexibility and durability, while the tooth tips have a hardness of 67–69 HRC. The bandsaw blade is universally applicable and suitable for machining all common types of steel up to a hardness of 45 HRC. With a length of 2950 mm and a width of 27 mm, it is ideal for various applications in metalworking. The normal/combination tooth design with 5–8 teeth per inch allows for precise cuts and efficient chip removal, making it an excellent choice for demanding machining tasks.
