Heavy-duty pull-out shelving unit, insertion width 890 mm, depth 1260 mm, add-on shelf, light blue. Heavy-duty pull-outs with a load capacity of 800 kg. Available as a complete shelving unit. Ideal for storing heavy goods such as injection molds, stamping tools, engines, etc. Maximum stability due to welded steel construction. Pallet storage can be done in crosswise or lengthwise orientation. Loading with a crane and forklift is possible. Pallet storage can be either on a fixed frame or on the floor. Smooth-running heavy-duty pull-outs with locking in both retracted and extended positions. Heavy-duty pull-outs allow for the placement of chipboard or metal covers, enabling the stored goods to be flush stored and easily pulled out.

Determining the total width of the shelving unit: number of insertion widths + number of upright widths 80 mm + 2 x outer base plate widths 60 mm. Add-on shelf consists of: 1 upright frame including floor anchoring (4 segment anchors M12 / 140) and leveling plate set (1 each of thickness 1 mm, 2 mm, and 4 mm), 2 pull-out frames for single pull-out (65% extendable) including chipboard insert, 2-part, 40 mm thick, 1 fixed frame as top base including chipboard insert, 2-part, 40 mm thick. Shelf load for top bases 100 kg. Shelf load for fixed and pull-out frames 800 kg.

Safety instructions: 1. A diagonal brace must be installed in every basic shelf and in every 3rd add-on shelf. 2. Anchoring requirement: Heavy-duty pull-out shelves must always be anchored to the floor. 3. For complete shelving units, the included floor anchoring is suitable for a floor with a concrete strength class of at least B25, for a maximum screed thickness of 35 mm, and a concrete thickness of at least 200 mm. The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Only one pull-out frame may be extended per shelf section.

Delivery is disassembled. Upon request, side walls, back walls, covers, sliding doors, roller shutters, and floor anchoring for different floor conditions are available.
