Active solvent with a highly effective additive combination. Eliminates dirt and deposits in the diesel intake and throttle valve areas. Dissolves and removes contaminants such as oil, resin, soot, etc. Ensures the functionality of moving parts and increases the operational safety of diesel engines. For cleaning the intake manifold and intake valves. Recommended for preventive use during inspections. For use only in diesel engines.
Application: Create access to the intake system. This should ideally be located after the mass air flow sensor, turbocharger, or intercooler, if possible directly before the intake manifold. Start the engine to begin the cleaning process. If the engine cannot maintain RPM or does not start with the intake pipe removed, disconnect the plug from the mass air flow sensor with the ignition off. In this case, the stored error must be cleared from the engine control unit using an appropriate diagnostic device after cleaning, and the mass air flow sensor may need to be re-learned. Spray the diesel intake system cleaner through the spray probe in short intervals of 2-3 seconds at a minimum of 2,000 RPM into the intake system. Move the probe back and forth to clean the entire intake tract. If an RPM increase of over 1,000 occurs during application, it is important to immediately stop the spraying process. Note that the diesel intake system cleaner must not come into contact with the mass air flow sensor or painted components. For stubborn deposits in the intake manifold or on the intake valves, cleaning can be repeated with a second can. Do not remove the spray head from the can after installation. After application, let the engine run for about 20 seconds at a minimum of 2,000 RPM to burn off any remaining residues in the intake system.
