The machine light TUBELED_40 II is optimally suited for harsh manufacturing environments due to its oil resistance and the shatterproof safety glass over the light exit. With a lamp diameter of approximately 40 mm, the TUBELED_40 II fits snugly against the machine surface, allowing for installation even in tight spaces, such as in micro-precision machines, punching machines, erosion machines, or production systems. The light is transformed into a flicker-free, uniformly emitting surface light through a 100° optics and Light Forming technology. Thanks to the special housing geometry for heat dissipation, the LED light is suitable for ambient temperatures up to +60°C, and in the ECO version, even up to +70°C. The light is connected to a 24V DC power supply. All lengths of the TUBELED_40 II are also available as a cascading version, allowing multiple lights to be linked together. The light features an On/Off interface, enabling load-free switching, blinking, and dimming.
