Lamello Zeta P2

The Zeta P2 is the profile grooving machine for anchoring the P-System connectors Clamex P, Tenso P and Divario P and is used to join materials made of wood. The lifting mechanism integrated in the Zeta P2 on the router spindle is the heart of the profile grooving machine. During the milling process, the lifting mechanism automatically performs a lateral movement for the profile groove. Connecting fittings of all types can now be inserted manually into this profile groove and anchored quickly and positively. With the Zeta P2, the P-System grooves for connecting fittings with different installation depths can be milled without changing the cutter by simply turning the P-System depth regulator. The stroke movement for the profile groove is triggered automatically as soon as the maximum milling depth has been reached and takes only a fraction of a second. The stroke mechanism is designed to be process-safe, completely mechanical, reliable and low-wear. For use of the Zeta P2 as a standard grooving machine for use with original wood lamellas, the profile groove function can be switched off.
