Product details

The 3/8" compressed air needle scaler is a pneumatic needle scaler in a handy pistol shape for removing or derusting coatings on solid metal parts. The tool employees at a maximum operating pressure of 6.3 bar and is equipped with 19 needles, each with a diameter of 3 mm. With 3200 strokes per minute, the compressed air needle scaler is designed to be coarser than sandblasting and finer than rust hammers. The adjustable needle cover supports application-orientated adjustment in the working area.

The needle scalper has a 1/4" PT connection thread, an air consumption of 170 l/min and requires a minimum hose diameter of 3/8" or 10 mm. The exhaust air is channelled through the housing. A cold-insulated handle supports handling in daily use, while the robust steel housing is designed to be hard-wearing. A 1/4" coupling plug is included in the scope of delivery.
