Kreul Javana Pearl Pen:

Application:
Apply the Pearl Pen in dots. The color droplet rounds into a half-pearl. The size of the pearl varies depending on the amount of color applied. Allow to dry completely in the air. Do not use a hairdryer. No oven fixation required.
