KUB Pentron® indexable insert solid drill ABS® shank 5×D

The KUB Pentron® indexable insert drill with ABS® shank from Komet is a high-precision tool designed for demanding drilling applications. With a diameter of 19 millimeters and a working length of 95 millimeters, this drill offers excellent performance when machining materials. The point angle of 180 degrees enables effective chip removal, while the drilling tolerance of D − 0.1 / + 0.35 ensures precise results. The drill is compatible with indexable inserts numbered 236605 to 236610 and can be used under stable machine conditions. The ability to drill with an axial offset of up to a maximum of 0.25 mm and the option to achieve a maximum diameter of D + 0.5 mm through adjustment make this drill a flexible choice for various applications. Additionally, versions with PSC shank are available upon request, further enhancing the tool's adaptability.
