The KUB Pentron® indexable insert drill with ABS® shank from Komet is a high-precision tool designed for demanding drilling applications. With a diameter of 38 millimeters and a point angle of 180 degrees, this drill offers excellent performance when machining materials. The design allows for a drilling tolerance of D − 0.1 / + 0.3 mm, ensuring high accuracy and flexibility in application. The drill is compatible with indexable inserts from serial numbers 236605 to 236610 and can be used under stable machine conditions. The capability for axial offset drilling up to a maximum offset of 0.25 mm expands the tool's application possibilities. Additionally, by adjusting, a maximum diameter of D + 0.5 mm can be achieved, further enhancing the versatility of the drill.
