KUB Pentron® indexable insert solid drill ABS® shank 4×D

The KUB Pentron® indexable insert drill with ABS® shank from Komet is a high-precision tool designed for demanding drilling applications. With a diameter of 27 millimeters and a working length of 142 millimeters, this drill offers excellent performance when machining materials. The special design allows for a drilling tolerance of D − 0.1 / + 0.3 mm, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency. The drill is compatible with indexable inserts from serial numbers 236605 to 236610 and can be used under stable machine conditions. The capability for axial offset drilling of up to a maximum offset of 0.25 mm expands the tool's applications. Additionally, the maximum achievable diameter can be increased by up to 0.5 mm through adjustment, providing extra flexibility in use.
