For thorough surface preparation of heavily soiled ceilings and walls stained by nicotine and greasy soot, exterior facades that are particularly contaminated with sulfur dioxide and heating oil must be thoroughly cleaned. S-E-1 is also suitable for removing wax from wall surfaces and can be used in airless devices. Special insulation is not necessary. The opacity of the paint is fully guaranteed.

Processing
The blue S-E-1 powder is simply dissolved in water and applied to the surface to be treated with a brush or sponge. Allow it to penetrate and rinse with clear water. When removing wax from wall surfaces, dissolve in hot water and apply with a fleece, allow to penetrate, and thoroughly rinse with clear hot water.

Areas of application
Cleans all old substrates (synthetic resin coatings, oil paints, oil colors, binders, dispersion paints) through surface saponification, making them clean, textured, matte, and suitable for new coatings, even if the substrates have been treated with silicone-containing agents.
