Product details

The KERN OBS series consists of solid and simple school microscopes that are easy to handle thanks to their clear controls. The continuously dimmable 0.5W LED ensures optimal illumination of the specimens and a long lifespan. Mobile use is also no problem due to the rechargeable batteries. This model features a height-adjustable and thus focusable 1.25 Abbe condenser with an aperture diaphragm, which ensures optimal light bundling. Focusing on the object is achieved through dual coarse and fine adjustments. Quick work and movement of the specimen is facilitated by a mechanical stage. A wide selection of different eyepieces and objectives is also available.
