Extra wide workbench with 3 doors and 9 full extension drawers, featuring a solid beech top. The top width is 4050 mm and it can be used as a space-saving triple workstation. This workbench is of proven professional quality, equipped with a continuous solid worktop and heavy-duty roller guides. Suitable for various applications including industry, manufacturing, workshops, assembly, and shipping.

The construction is made of sheet steel with a light gray body (RAL 7035) and gentian blue fronts (RAL 5010). The base frame is made of a square tube measuring 45 x 45 mm. The drawers operate on roller guides and have a load capacity of approximately 100 kg. It features central locking and doors that open to 180°. The shelf depth is 700 mm.

The solid beech board is 40 mm thick and is glued on the long side like transoms, making it particularly robust and warp-free. It can be sanded multiple times. The universal panel is also 40 mm thick, with an antistatic, abrasion-resistant covering that is resistant to weak acids, alkalis, and heat exposure up to 250 °C for short periods, featuring an ABS edge.

The steel sheet covering plate is 40 mm thick, made from 1.5 mm thick galvanized sheet, flanged around the edges on all sides with welded corners. The static surface load is 1500 kg (tested with a solid beech plate). The workbench includes fully extendable drawers for optimal access to rear parts.

These workbenches are delivered assembled and are ready for immediate use. For the 4050 mm versions, please ensure that your internal transport route to the installation site is suitable.
