The AERO-BASIC vacuum lifter is designed for the safe and gentle handling of heavy sheet materials such as metal sheets or plastics—ideal for applications where no tilting is required. The robust steel welded construction of the frame and hot-dip galvanized beams ensures maximum process safety. High-quality full elastomer seals reliably protect the transported goods from damage and provide a long service life. Individually lockable suction plates with manual push valves significantly reduce setup times, even with varying dimensions of the workpieces. A generously sized vacuum reservoir with a warning device offers high safety for the operator and the workflows. The integrated motor protection switch reliably protects the vacuum generator from winding damage and prevents downtime.

Thanks to the modular base system, the suction lifter can be flexibly expanded with additional options. The energy-efficient vacuum generator has low operating costs. The intelligent suction plate concept also allows for quick, nearly tool-free replacement of suction seals within seconds. An optional pump control module is available, which can perfectly regulate the activity of the vacuum generator.
