Strap set, tensioning device, strap dispenser, adhesive heavy-duty strap, metal clips, strap cutting width 19 mm. For regular industrial use.

The set includes:

  • Heavy-duty strap tensioning device
  • Mobile strap dispenser with storage space and device for inserting the thread rod
  • 1 roll of heavy-duty strap
  • Metal clips, packaging unit of 1000 pieces in 16 or 19 mm or 500 pieces in 25 mm

All components can be reordered individually.

The adhesive heavy-duty strap is made from polyester-reinforced textile fibers and has a strength comparable to steel banding. The strap is flexible and elastic, holding loads without cutting into them. It is water-resistant and resistant to many chemicals, with a temperature resistance of -40 °C to +125 °C. The strap is tensioned and cut using the tensioning device, and the metal clips are self-locking.

High-load polyester heavy-duty strap is available upon request.

The polyester heavy-duty strap is characterized by very high tensile strength and low strap elongation and uses metal fasteners or sleeves for closure. It is soft, elastic, and weather-resistant.

Application: Transport securing of all kinds, including pallets, heavy and bulky goods.
