Quick-assembly heavy-duty shelving unit with shelf dimensions of 1207 x 788 mm and a shelf load capacity of 240 kg. The extension shelf has a height of 2000 mm and includes 5 shelves.

The shelving unit is manufactured according to the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 as well as Eurocode III and offers extensive accessories.

The external dimensions of the base shelf are 1043 mm in width and 1100 mm including base plates. The extension shelf has a width of 1000 mm and 1350 mm including base plates. The shelf depth is the shelf board depth plus 12 mm, and the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 9 mm.

The shelf levels consist of galvanized beams with laid steel sheet shelves that have a thickness of 0.6 mm. The shelves are equipped with holes at the front and back spaced 50 mm apart for securing shelf dividers (accessory). The shelf height is 32 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The shelf uprights measure 43 x 39 x 1 mm and are coated with a high-quality blue RAL 5015 plastic. The delivery includes galvanized metal base plates (100 x 57 x 3 mm) for floor mounting. The floor mounting holes have a diameter of 11 mm.

A cross brace (galvanized) is already included in the delivery and is necessary for each base shelf as well as for every third extension shelf.

Please note: If the height of the shelf exceeds five times its depth, the shelf must be secured against tipping with wall attachments. A maximum of 23 shelf dividers can be used per shelf level with a shelf width of 1207 mm. The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible while adhering to the specified maximum field load.
