Quick-assembly heavy-duty shelving unit with shelf dimensions of 1207 x 588 mm and a shelf load capacity of 280 kg. The extension shelf has a height of 2000 mm and consists of 5 shelves.

The shelving unit is manufactured according to the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 as well as Eurocode III and offers extensive accessories.

The external dimensions are as follows:

• Width of the base shelf: 1043 mm + 1293 mm
• Extension shelf: 1000 mm + 1250 mm
• Width of the base shelf including base plates: 1100 mm + 1350 mm
• Extension shelf: 1000 mm + 1250 mm

The shelf depth is shelf depth + 12 mm and including base plates shelf depth + 9 mm.

The shelf levels consist of galvanized beams with laid steel sheet shelves, thickness 0.6 mm. The shelves are equipped at the front and back with holes spaced 50 mm apart for the attachment of shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf height is 32 mm, and the shelf adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The shelf uprights measure 43 x 39 x 1 mm and are coated with a high-quality blue RAL 5015 plastic finish. The delivery includes galvanized metal base plates (100 x 57 x 3 mm) for floor mounting (screws and dowels not included). The floor mounting holes have a diameter of 11 mm.

A cross brace (galvanized) is included in the delivery and is required for each base shelf as well as for every third extension shelf.

Please note: If the height of the shelf exceeds five times its depth, the shelf must be secured against tipping with wall attachments. A maximum of 23 dividers can be used per shelf level with a shelf width of 1207 mm. The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible while adhering to the specified maximum field load.
