Quick-assembly heavy-duty shelving unit with shelf dimensions of 1207 x 388 mm and a shelf load capacity of 225 kg. The base shelf has a height of 2000 mm and consists of 5 shelves.

Manufactured according to the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 and Eurocode III. Extensive accessories are available.

External dimensions:

• Width of base shelf: 1043 mm + 1293 mm
• Extension shelf: 1000 mm + 1250 mm
• Shelf width including base plates: Base shelf 1100 mm + 1350 mm, Extension shelf 1000 mm + 1250 mm
• Shelf depth: Shelf depth + 12 mm
• Shelf depth including base plates: Shelf depth + 9 mm

Shelf levels: Galvanized beams with laid steel sheet shelves, thickness 0.6 mm. Shelves at the front and back spaced 50 mm apart with perforations for attaching shelf dividers (accessory). Shelf height 32 mm. Shelf adjustment grid 25 mm.

Shelf uprights: 43 x 39 x 1 mm, with high-quality plastic coating in blue RAL 5015. Includes galvanized metal base plates (100 x 57 x 3 mm) for floor mounting (screws and dowels provided by the customer). Floor mounting holes Ø 11 mm.

Cross bracing (galvanized) is included in the delivery. Required for each base shelf and for every third extension shelf.

Please note: If the height of the shelf exceeds five times its depth, the shelf must be secured against tipping with wall mountings. A maximum of 23 shelf dividers can be used per shelf level with a shelf width of 1207 mm.

The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible while adhering to the specified maximum field load.
