Quick-assembly heavy-duty shelf with shelf dimensions of 957 x 588 mm and a load capacity of 310 kg per shelf. The base shelf has a height of 2500 mm and consists of 6 shelves.

It is manufactured according to the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 as well as Eurocode III. The shelf offers extensive accessories.

The external dimensions of the base shelf are 1043 mm in shelf width and 1000 mm in attachment shelf width. The shelf width including base plates is 1100 mm for the base shelf and 1000 mm for the attachment shelf. The shelf depth is the shelf board depth plus 12 mm, while the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 9 mm.

The shelf levels consist of galvanized beams with laid steel sheet shelves, which have a thickness of 0.6 mm. The shelves are equipped with holes at the front and back spaced 50 mm apart for securing shelf dividers (accessories). The shelf height is 32 mm and the shelf adjustment grid is at 25 mm.

The shelf uprights measure 43 x 39 x 1 mm and are coated with a high-quality blue plastic finish (RAL 5015). The delivery includes galvanized metal base plates (100 x 57 x 3 mm) for floor fastening (screws and dowels are required on-site). The floor fastening holes have a diameter of 11 mm.

A galvanized cross brace is already included in the delivery and is required for each base shelf as well as for every third attachment shelf.

Please note: If the height of the shelf exceeds five times its depth, the shelf must be secured against tipping with wall fastenings. A maximum of 18 shelf dividers can be used per shelf level with a shelf width of 957 mm. The load capacity values apply with uniform load distribution. Additional levels are possible while adhering to the specified maximum field load.
