Quick-assembly heavy-duty shelving unit with shelf dimensions of 957 x 788 mm and a shelf load capacity of 270 kg. The base shelf has a height of 2500 mm and consists of 6 shelves.

It is manufactured according to the guidelines and regulations of the European FEM 10.2.06 as well as Eurocode III and offers extensive accessories. The external dimensions are as follows: width of the base shelf 1043 mm and extension shelf 1000 mm, width including base plates for the base shelf 1100 mm and extension shelf 1000 mm. The shelf depth is the shelf depth plus 12 mm, and the shelf depth including base plates is the shelf depth plus 9 mm.

The shelf levels consist of galvanized beams with laid steel sheet bottoms, thickness 0.6 mm. The bottoms are equipped with holes for fastening shelf dividers (accessories) at the front and back, spaced 50 mm apart. The shelf height is 32 mm, and the bottom adjustment grid is 25 mm.

The shelf uprights measure 43 x 39 x 1 mm and are coated with a high-quality blue RAL 5015 plastic coating. The delivery includes galvanized metal base plates (100 x 57 x 3 mm) for floor mounting (screws and dowels are required on-site). The floor mounting holes have a diameter of 11 mm.

A galvanized cross brace is already included in the delivery and is required for each base shelf as well as for every third extension shelf.

Please note: If the height of the shelf exceeds five times its depth, the shelf must be secured against tipping with wall brackets. A maximum of 18 shelf dividers can be used per shelf level with a bottom width of 957 mm. The load capacity values apply with even load distribution. Additional levels are possible while adhering to the specified maximum field load.
