Quick-assembly container, galvanized, pre-assembled, with wooden floor, external dimensions 2100 x 1100 x 2100 mm. This universal solution can be used anytime and anywhere. With a lifting capacity of 3 tons. The walls and roof are made of galvanized trapezoidal steel sheets. A unique pressure point connection of the components ensures that the protective zinc coating is not damaged.

The external door is single-leaf, with a right-hand stop, and measures 1890 x 1150 mm. It includes a door fitting set with a profile cylinder (including 3 keys). Profiled steel guide rails provide a ground clearance of 60 mm for safe forklift transport and floor ventilation. There are 4 crane eyes included as standard. A foundation is not required; only a flat, paved installation area is needed. Foundation plans for all variants can be provided upon request.

The container features a stable wooden floor made of torsion-resistant OSB boards with a thickness of 18 mm. Please note that the door arrangement is always on the 2100 mm long side of the container. A door arrangement on the long side is available for an additional charge. The load-bearing capacity for snow load on the roof is a maximum of 210 kg/m² with static proof, and the floor can support 500 kg/m² with uniform load distribution. Wind and suction loads comply with DIN 1055-4 and DIN 2005-3.
