Quick construction container, galvanized, disassembled, with wooden floor. Tool-free assembly in just a few minutes. The universal solution - usable anytime, anywhere. Can be lifted with a crane up to 3 tons. Walls and roof made of galvanized trapezoidal sheet metal. A unique pressure point connection of the components ensures that the protective zinc layer is not damaged. Single-leaf external door, right-hinged, height x width 1890 x 1150 mm. Handle set with profile cylinder (including 3 keys). Profiled steel skids, ground clearance 60 mm, for safe forklift transport and ground ventilation. Standardly equipped with 4 crane eyes. A foundation is not required. Only a level, solid ground surface is necessary. Foundation plans can be provided upon customer request for all versions. With a stable wooden floor made of torsion-resistant OSB panels, 18 mm thick. Delivered disassembled. An illustrated assembly guide shows the quick setup, e.g., container size 3100 x 2100 mm with 2 people in just 5 minutes. Please note: Door arrangement is always on the 2100 mm long side of the container. Door arrangement on the long side available for an additional charge. Load capacities: Roof snow load max. 210 kg/m² with static proof. Floor 500 kg/m² with uniform load distribution. Wind and suction loads according to DIN 1055-4 and DIN 2005-3.
