IBC heating jacket, max. 90 °C, digital, 2 x 1000 W, for 1000-litre IBCs. High-quality silicone/glass fibre fabric with glass fibre insulation. Ready for immediate use – with a 3-metre connection cable and electrical plug. An IBC heating jacket is the perfect solution for heating liquids and materials quickly and effectively, so that they can be easily emptied completely and/or kept warm. In addition, the jacket offers reliable protection against UV radiation. Fitted with two easy-to-use digital temperature controllers, continuously adjustable from 0–90 °C. Made from hard-wearing, durable silicone material. It can be quickly and easily secured to the tank container using lashing straps. The heating jacket is suitable for the transport of 1,000-litre IBCs whose contents must maintain a specific temperature or viscosity. For optimum heating performance, use in combination with an insulating cover is recommended (accessory). And for even faster heating, the heating jacket can also be combined with a base heating plate. Ideal for heating water, oils, fats, waxes, resins and diesel fuel. Please note: Check and observe the maximum temperature resistance of the containers (particularly for plastic). The temperatures specified are for guidance only. The temperatures that can be achieved depend on many variables – for example, the ambient temperature, the supply voltage, the medium, the material of the container, the container size, whether a stirrer is used, and much more.
