Hazardous material storage container for media hazardous to water, cold-insulated, exterior dimensions HxWxD 2585 x 5075 x 6300 mm, galvanized.

Designed for frost-free, regulation-compliant, flexible and mobile outdoor storage of temperature-sensitive hazardous materials. Thermo-insulated containers protect valuable media against frost and low temperatures. Approved for liquids hazardous to water of GHS categories 1 - 4. All walls, roof, and doors are lined from the inside with 60 mm thick non-combustible insulating material. Heating is provided by non-explosion-proof electric heating. The sturdy galvanized steel construction allows for easy movement when empty, with crane lugs and the ability to be driven under with a forklift. Standard features include a double wing door and hot-dip galvanized collecting trays with grating, capable of supporting a maximum load of 1000 kg/m² with distributed load. With shelves (accessories), it can be used as walk-in small container storage.

For frost-free storage of media hazardous to water of GHS categories 1 - 4, it includes circulating air heating (not explosion-proof), factory-mounted, wired up to the external switch box, 230 volts. The container features galvanized, extra strong, profiled sheet steel wall and roof panels, reinforced roof and floor frame sections, and perimeter liquid discharge plates (except on doors). Weather-protected ventilation openings are located in the doors and rear wall. The double wing door is equipped with a safety lock.

Options available at extra cost include insulation of the drip tray and exterior painting in sky blue RAL 5015. Snow load capacity is 150 kg/m² according to DIN EN 1055.

The container is pre-assembled, with final assembly on site. Please inquire about other versions, such as containers with air conditioning or fire protection containers.
